    For my first time at Konversion, I felt very welcomed. Josh was calm and attentive as a coach and checked in on me throughout the group workout to help me align my form and keep me motivated. The community at the gym is kind and high energy! I’d be happy to return for another class here. The workout was tough and I am sore, but I’m glad that I was able to push myself past my self-perceived limits in this environment.

    Really fun workout! If you like variety and to be challenged this was a great class. I have never taken crossfit before but I loved how different it was. Gunther was really helpful in showing me the moves to make sure I didn't get hurt, with corrections.

    This has to be the best class I found on ClassPass. The people are so welcoming, the instructor Sarah is super helpful. She helped me with my form and I felt that the warmup was very beneficial to helping prevent injuries. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to go back!

    I think it just wasn’t for me perhaps. The amount of repetition in a set felt like too much for me. And when it comes to working with weights, I want to know that my form is correct and that I’m executing the action right. I ended up over stretching my wrists. I want to work out hard, have fun, and prevent injury. I don’t know if I’ll give it a try again. The people there were supportive in guiding me on how to set up the weights though. That was nice considering it was my first time.
