see all reviewsBring flip flops and a snorkel! My first Hot Yoga and I did not understand how much I would sweat! Wowzers.. I drank 32oz of water within about 45 min before I went in, and then another 32oz while inside the room. I drank about the same again after the session! Really sweated everything out and then some. I totally loved the whole experience, especially Bernie’s techniques to keep us motivated and focused! The flows and balance poses were challenging to do slipping around while soaking wet. Talk about slow deliberate and focused movements! Some people said this class was the most intense of the ones offered here. I will be back

Her teaching and speaking style is very relaxed and comfortable. Doesn’t over-talk, over-cue, and doesn’t fill the space with mindless chatter. Studio needs more confident instructors like her.

So many variations I've never seen other instructors offer, GREAT cues, and doable steps to help deepen poses and go even further into variations I didn't think I could do!!! Also seeing her do all the poses you can tell she is a REAL, EXPERIENCED yogi with incredible strength built up through practice and hard work over the years. Thank you Wei!!!

There are lots of mantras and chanting. I liked the specific movements to activate certain areas of our bodies. This session was focused on intuition so we did a lot of spinal work. It was tough because it was a lot of breathing in one position for minutes at a time. Gian was a great teacher.
