This is a wonderful class if you are looking for a more restorative practice! Patrice is a great instructor who guides the practice and tailors it to suite the needs of those in class. Beginners to advanced yogis would do well.

The class starts with all mamas saying how they are feeling. I love this part because you learn so much from others experiences.

Brian is awesome! he plays the accordion while singing at the very end, and was funny while challenging.

If you love a good yoga class to warm up your bod and lubricate those achy joints of yours- this is it! Stacey may start off slow and ease into the flow but don’t let the intro fool you...she will make you work in the middle of class, and u will love it. 4 stars only cause I wish the room was a bit warmer- Cali winter is hard :)

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
