    A fun but still challenging class. I was feeling pretty weak coming in from recovering, but all the moves were easy to get going and get comfortable with the movement. I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

The workouts were fun but challenging and she did stick very much to the arms and abs workouts which I appreciate a lot since I pick my classes accordingly and sometimes the classes don’t have too much of an emphasis on what they state.
