    Oohw my gosh first time trying it and I loved it …. Our Coach Valentino she was amazing… I don’t know how she was very good at what she does… we were like 16 crew, but I felt like we were 3 .. haha it’s because she handled us very well. 45 minutes felt like ten minutes… it was fast and fun at the same time … of course we had some few seconds rest in between. If you are thinking about this place , no doubt, go for it..

You’re mixing it up so much that you don’t realize you’re working out. you’re so focused on what you’re doing at that time that you blink in your workout is done. It was a full body workout.     Lauren is the most amazing instructor, wonderful personality, super inviting and kind. She really knows everything about what you go through prenatal and postpartum. She must have studied kinesiology or something because she really knows her stuff. She has given me the best stretches and exercises to try at home to help my back after having a baby. I would recommend anyone to take her class that is trying to get back to moving after having a baby or is pregnant and wanting to still workout. She is phenomenal and will be very missed when her and baby Lennon retire at the end of August. Baby Lennon is a rockstar btw.

Instructors are kind, motivating, and energetic and workouts are dynamic and tough but not to the point where you feel defeated.     The full body bootcamp is a fantastic workout. It’s a combination of dumbbell, resistance band, kettle bell, body weight, and cardio exercises. The studio has a variety of weights, so go as light or heavy as you wish. The trainer was helpful in correcting form and motivating us to power through the final seconds. I love the treadmill station, and the ab station provided a nice respite from the more challenging exercises. The hour flew by. Bring a friend because the class is formatted using the A/B partner system.

    This is a great gym studio to go to when you want to switch up your workout routine from time to time. This gym studio is also convenient for me since me and wife just moved to West Covina more than a year ago and we wanted to build our community here. I took a class on Friday, 11/12/21 for a full body workout (but focusing more on legs and conditioning) with Perla Mazariegos. This is my second time taking her class through Class Pass and she has been a great instructor with full of energy! Perla was very friendly, kind, encouraging, attentive, and helpful. She was always making sure everyone was in proper good form when everyone is doing the exercises and she keeps everyone motivated throughout the session. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you need a quick full body workout! Perla will put you to work, but not just push you, but in a very supporting, encouraging, and motivational way. Perla always treat everyone fairly and she respects your boundary and limitations.
