see all reviewsI was hesitant to sign up because these studios are often so male dominated I become uncomfortable, but this class had a great mix of men and women and I felt I could actually complete the rounds at my level without feeling awkward. Emily was an attentive and kind instructor. The studio is clean and the front desk attendant was nice and guided me through setup. I’m feeling a lot more confident about this place now so I’m definitely trying it again.

Amanda surprised me with movements that didn’t look or feel at all like exercises in other classes but challenged my core and booty despite not looking like they would. Instructors are kind, motivating, and energetic and workouts are dynamic and tough but not to the point where you feel defeated. They’re also going to start adding in 5 more minutes for warm up/cool down which was the only thing that was missing for me from the bootcamp workouts. Can’t recommend enough!

The entire time, Danielle was so encouraging and motivating and made me feel so good about myself even though I wasn’t keeping up.
