She must have studied kinesiology or something because she really knows her stuff. She has given me the best stretches and exercises to try at home to help my back after having a baby. I would recommend anyone to take her class that is trying to get back to moving after having a baby or is pregnant and wanting to still workout. She is phenomenal and will be very missed when her and baby Lennon retire at the end of August. Baby Lennon is a rockstar btw.

Lauren was fantastic, guiding us through each exercise while actively participating with us, which made the class even more motivating. I loved how the class seamlessly integrated both strength and cardio elements, providing a well-rounded workout.
