While this was my first reformer class, I felt like I was just warming up and then the class was over! I wish I skipped to the regular classes. But overall a great instructor and nice space!

see all reviewsIt was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
