Not necessarily beginner friendly but of course you can set your own pace. I felt like I caught on quicker bc Ive been working out at Bunda which has a very similar format. I noticed other reviews complained ab the loud music. It didnt seem abnormally loud to me. The volume (&lights) adjusted with the pushes which I loved!! It actually helped me push harder. Definitely expect to be sore tomorrow & most certainly plan on coming back.

Jackie, the instructor, was high energy and very encouraging and I feel like I got a really good workout and my only silly complaint is that the room is kind of cold which I know for some people it might not have been though! I’m definitely going back and trying a different one of their classes soon!

I didn’t feel any difference between how I as treated vs. the “regulars,” which can happen at some studios. I would describe the workout as classical pilates moves but faster paced and you are left in each exercise until failure. I was sweating a lot but it’s still an approachable, fun class. I even got a little card from the staff when I left! Prime time classes are pretty difficult to get into and fill up fast, but I will definitely be back for a midday session!
