see all reviewsI really enjoyed this! Barre is not a typical workout I would do but I felt it was challenging and engaging. The instructor was nice and I felt very comfortable with her. This would be a good class for beginners or for people with more experience! You will be sore the next day :)

The owner, Kenny, took the time to converse with me prior to class starting - asked me questions, gave me a quick tour of the equipment and my area and even introduced Ed me to someone who’s been a regular for a year. That is what got me feeling comfortable and helped with my anxiety. The teacher, Tori was amazing. All around everything was great. I’m very happy and can’t wait to come back.
