    Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga

Amazing class. Definitely more guided and a little more calm/less cardio than a WeFlowHard - a great way to relax and focus at night. Laura is really clear and gives great cues and corrections.

    #HipHopSundays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

I usually only ever go to Kendra’s classes, but Brendan was great. I wish he didn’t talk as much though. And I also wish his in between flow “pushes” were harder.

    #HipHopSundays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Loved the flows, Michelle has a chill but direct voice, music was good, and loved the thoughtful insights at the end. Not into standing poses - and the studio is darker (in other words- a liiiiitle too dark) than soho’s, so the studio only gets 4 stars. Sorry. Overall the best yoga studio in the city. IMO

    Fierce Grace

I’ve never done a 90 min hot yoga class before but I wanted to try and I’m glad I tried it here. The heat is distributed evenly and the room is really nice. Wish people would space out their mats so more people could also be comfortable. Instructor was really great and encouraging and also offered corrections. Will definitely be back.

    Box+Flow

First time at box and flow, first time boxing in general. Loved the pacing and instructor was super motivational. Came into class a min behind (my fault) so didn’t get a chance to know the boxing moves beforehand but I was able to pick it up. Got my heart rate going and finished the class feeling amazing. The yoga part is pretty fast paced so it would be best to know those moves going in.

If I wasn’t forced to lay still I probably wouldn’t ever lay still. Yoga nidra is challenging but in a different way than other classes. It may be the most challenging type of yoga. Noel is a masterful guide. Loved this class.

    Katonah Restorative

This class can be challenging in ways very different from a typical restorative class (which presents its challenge in stillness) and from a typical flow class (which presents a challenge in pushing through and also in the potential for injury that exists in most flow classes from poor alignment). Kyle has a wealth of knowledge. The adjustments here really help put your body in proper alignment. (Not that purposeless moving and arm an inch I find elsewhere). More than all of it though, what I love is that Kyle makes jokes (and he’s funny). A good reminder that yoga is about play and not merely “doing a workout” or “getting a good stretch.” This may not be what you expect yoga or restorative to be like, and that’s a good thing.

    Pilates (Mat / Open Level)

Merav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. Everything she taught made sense, was useful and productive.

    Vinyasa | Level 2-3 w/Music

Such an incredible class. An intense flow but in the best way. Megna was really friendly and positive AND there was live music (!!!) — someone playing the guitar and another playing the flute. Really loved this class and can’t wait to come back.

Lovely building. The instructor is clear and friendly. There were around 10 people in the class and she corrected everyone on every pose. The room is a little on the chill side. Recommend socks otherwise feet become cold.

Love this studio and the founder/teacher. Really great slow flow class in a normal temperature room with focus on proper alignment, clear cues, and helpful and sensitive adjustments. Appreciated that the studio has a good stock of props and no mat rental fees. Just loved the energy here. I’ll be back.

    Buti Yoga

Instructor had an amazing energy and smile!equally fun and challenging. Definitely not for total beginners in yoga, I don’t do HIIT type of workouts so it was hard, definitely sore after, but I really enjoyed it! The music was good but it was a bit hard to hear the instructions with music and fans - luckily there were only 2 other students so I was close to the instructor but can imagine it being hard to follow along in the fuller class. Maybe teachers should get a mic?
