    Rumble Boxing - NY

Jill is a really great instructor! The class is physically challenging but it isn’t too challenging to learn the boxing moves. I like the mixture of boxing with other aerobic and anaerobic exercise. My only complaint is the space is kind of cramped by the benches side of the room, I felt like the studio could be set up better for working out in a group and as a just 5’8” person i felt like i was bumping into things. All in all, it’s a really great idea for a workout class, it’s perfect for a full body workout and it’s fun and easy to learn and to follow.

She was so kind and had great energy but she just needs a bit more confidence! It was somewhat confusing when she would say “well you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to” during the workouts so I couldn’t keep track of reps. Liked the mix of yoga in it!

I just dont like partner workouts. Its pure anxiety and teeth pulling for me. With that said, its a great workout. Fun bag combos, great music and vibe. I wanna come back but the anti-social me just really cant do the partner thing,

Good class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

    Body Camp: STRENGTH [IN-STUDIO ONLY]

Love this class so much. Always an organized and effective program. Class today was 2 circuits, each one had 4 workouts done a total of 3 times, then had a 4 min AMRAP finisher. Full body workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and bodyweight. Instructor is amazing and gives clear instructions on and corrections to form.

    Kickboxing (All Levels)

Great cardio and kickboxing class. Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

I absolutely LOVED this class! It's one of my favorite workout classes I've ever taken. It combined elements of toning/cardio/dance/ barre and never got boring. It was challenging but Jessica always kept an eye out for form and she is so sweet. I can't wait to take this class again!

    Cardio Kick Boxing

That was my very first karate class ever and it was AMAZING! Sensei Augusto taught me different kicks and forms, naming them in Japanese and also explaining the meaning behind it. He instructed me very well and adjusted my form when it was needed. I felt welcomed there. Thank you for such a great experience!
