I was really intimidated by the clientele at first - everyone was so serious and not too many smiles going around, but once I got into the workout, I had a great time! The low lights and loud music made it easy for me to just focus on myself and get the most out of my 50 minutes. I like the set up of switching between the floor and the treadmill. and the muscle fatigue was so real, but so satisfying. I’ll be back!

Its been a hot minute since I’ve worked out like this, and it was intimidating at first, but once I got into a groove and my muscle memory kicked in, I realized I was having so much fun. The space is clean and organized, and the exercises were displayed on large monitors, making it easy to follow. My fat cells are BURNING! Let’s be honest, all my cells are burning, but after working out with Sunny and Kevin, I feel so accomplished. Highly recommended if you love circuit training in a small to medium sized group. Also, the playlist was banging and kept me going when I felt like slowing down. If I can do it, you can!
