The workouts were fun but challenging and she did stick very much to the arms and abs workouts which I appreciate a lot since I pick my classes accordingly and sometimes the classes don’t have too much of an emphasis on what they state. I would like if she corrected forms more since I could always use some help there but other then that I enjoyed it very much :)

I really appreciated how she did the movements with us, explained what muscles we were working, and kept a consistent count throughout each move. Great playlist too!
