    REFORMER LVL XX

I've tried Reformer II before at different studios. This studio gives you a crazy workout. I love it! I need to work on mind to muscle/body connection. My second time here and instructors both were 🔥🥵👏. Thanks for coming around and correcting our form.

    HOT PILATES SCULPT MAT CLASS

Angela is a unicorn. No one quite compares. Her classes, energy, studio, music, and the space she creates for community within Pilates is such a rare but needed gem in OC. The beautiful, spacious studio allows you to come as you are - sweat, and be supported by all the beautiful souls around you. Drenched is the best!

    Hot Yoga

I love this class with Zack. I love that he give us enough time to get into and develop each of the standing/balancing postures. 1 minute and then a second set of 30 secs. Those are the hardest postures(IMO). I often don’t get to practice pushing to my edge because I don’t feel safe getting into the final expression: (I’m a safety Queen). DETAILS MATTER. Zack addresses people by name. In a world as busy as ours we rarely get to hear the sound of our name and it is a special thing. However, this is not for the faint of heart! I don’t drink any alcohol and I drink 2-3 liters of water a day and I was still light headed (and I’m doing my best not to strain during any posture) ANYWAY. Try to hydrate BEFORE because during isn’t going to do you much good. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Slow and Sexy Floorwork (All Gender)

The class was great. I recommend bringing socks for sure!!! It only mentions knee pads and leg warmers. The most important to me though was the socks so that your feet can glide on the ground. Most had sweatpants and socks only.
