Her choreography is challenging (yes, will have you questioning all decisions during hand hops) but simultaneously will make you feel like your most badass self.

see all reviewsMy instructor was super sweet! She helped me set up the bike and shoes! As a semi beginner, always feel so rushed at other studios but I had time to get set up. The screens on the wall pushed me so much more, esp the rhythm one (again great for beginners). Music was good. The instructor made me super pumped. I love the more intimate studio size, will definitely be back! Also shoes are free to use here, best part!

see all reviewsThe staff was incredibly kind and encouraging. I’d never done a cycle class before. They were welcoming and helped me select shoes in the right size to borrow. The first class they do not charge for shoe rentals and I believe it’s only $4 to rent them for a class each time after. The instructor spent time adjusting the bike so I could ride comfortably. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to go the whole class because I’m not at my fittest. But the instructor was so upbeat and encouraging! And the class is dim enough that in the last row back from the mirror I couldn’t even see my reflection during most of the class. It was a relief to know if I couldn’t see myself struggling, no one else could. I managed to keep moving the entire time. They also send a summary of the bike stats via email once the class is completed. I think the only con of the whole experience was the bike seat! But I could have probably asked for an extra towel to pad the seat and did not. Overall, I actually had a really good time despite not being good at cardio.

I’ve been to maaaaany locations but it was my first time at this particular place, and I am SO SAD I DONT LIVE CLOSER so that I could come here everyday. Kennedy gives such a kickass workout where you feel supported but challenged. Her routine hit all the right areas where I want to feel the burn.
