I loved the class, it was challenging for me as a complete beginner but not to the point where I felt like I didn’t belong or had to stop. I appreciated that Kate, our instructor, offered modifications and inspired us to meet our bodies where they were at. She was welcoming, encouraging, and fun. I will be back.
