Wish there was a bit more emphasis on form because they do have you moving medium weights for high reps, however overall a great class.

She provided plenty of modifications for this individual. This class was a tough class for a beginner. But those of us who have been going for a while absolutely loved it but hated it at times. IYKYK. Lindsay always makes you work and sweats. She helps push you when needed and will help you modify as well. Killer class. Almost felt like a MegaTOUGH or I was not as strong today.
