    CP Suspend 1.5 (50 Mins)

    It's been a while since I worked out here. The lighting seems to have changed. It's more dim and has blue lights. For 'suspend' class, you work with TRX, straps hanging from the upper wall. You get to work on the upper back and shoulder in addition to working out the lower body. Some people get massages for stiff shoulder and back, I've also tried it, but it only lasts for a few hours. But when you work out, it feels SO much better. The instructor was great. She was succinct and on point, great at keeping the workout flow.
