see all reviewsthe class and instructor were great! challenging class. the one thing I want to add, at no fault of the gym, is the construction currently there is totally monstrous. if you're attending classes there in the next few days/weeks, make sure you have an extra 20 min both before and after class to ensure you can find your way in.

see all reviewsthe class definitely felt more like a "beginner-friendly" class. it was easy to follow , but i would have loved a more challenging class :) the instructor was kind, and encouraging! i still recommend to take her course! (small suggestion for the gym: would be helpful to mention somewhere whether we need to bring mats or not , and please add a hook to your bathrooms!)

Despite being a large group, I loved how organized everything was & we were all able to move through the exercises smoothly. You could tell the instructor really took the time to plan the class out thoughtfully. Every part of it made sense and flowed well. It was challenging, energizing, and honestly just a great time. Such a well-structured session—can’t wait to go back!
