see all reviewsCrazy fun, and a killer cardio workout. I was pretty spent at the halfway mark, but just kept following Doug's #1 rule of having fun. Though the class goes at high intensity for the full hour, you can always take it down a notch or just walk in place for awhile. It's pretty impossible not to immediately love Doug--he's incredibly welcoming, endlessly energetic, and full of hugs to share. Bring a towel and lots of water!

Good music and instructor timed everything to the songs. she also put on dance lights for it. it was totally worth going to earlier on a Sunday. my only caution is to not have any neon clothes on or you will glow brightly when the black lights get turned on

see all reviewsVery friendly studio. During the exercise everyone chats and is social so if you like to workout while socializing this is a good spot for you. The instructor is super nice and was very helpful to me as a newcomer, explaining all the moves. I don’t do a lot of Pilates so it was enjoyable to do something new. Note: this is not cardiovascular or a class where you’ll break a big sweat so it’s great if you have somewhere to go after.
