    Yoga Sculpt

    Large open studio with plenty of space to spread out. Used weights and a Pilates ball for sculpting those muscles. Playlist and instructor were great. Not as much cardio as I’m used to during past classes but my abs are definitely going to be feeling it and nice to change it up. Will be back!

    This was honestly the best experience I have had. Everyone was super helpful and supportive. It was a really nice environment for someone who has never done CrossFit training before. I will for sure be going back!

    The instructor was very attentive, welcoming, and kind especially considering it was my first time trying CrossFit. He adjusted the distances and reps for me appropriately, and it was a great work out! A little on the intense side, but a good amount of work :) would go back.
