see all reviewsI’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

Peter encourages you to listen to your body, move intuitively, gracefully, and powerfully. Music choices were an amazing complement, although I was mostly so concentrated on form that I didn’t notice it as much as I normally do. If you’re looking for an athletic challenge beyond the standard, this is a good choice.
