The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

The class was a perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and balance, offering a full-body workout that left me feeling challenged but energized. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the music was upbeat, making the whole experience fun and motivating.

I found the session challenging (in the best way) and my body definitely felt less tight when we were done, which was my goal. The studio is beautiful and clean, and I'm hoping I can attend another class suitable for beginners soon!

see all reviewsIf I could give this class more than 5 stars I would!! Instructor was incredible, and I loved the music. It flowed perfectly in alignment with the poses. Studio is a bit small and change rooms are tiny, but it had such a lovely atmosphere and community feeling.
