I love to relax, flow through slower gentler poses and spend more time stretching and opening up. A lot of hot yoga classes these days are just so fast and chaotic, this class was a nice reminder of what real yoga is about. Not a workout, but a moment to be present and let the body reset. She helped when I was doing one of the poses wrong and had a great teaching style. The studio was nice and cozy. Most everyone was quiet and to themselves when coming in, so it added to the serene atmosphere. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back!

Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body.
