Limited capacity
Pilates classes are limited to 10 people. Other classes in our large space will be 14.
Equipment policies
For cleanliness, we are a sticky sock studio. If you are doing a class requiring a mat, please bring your own yoga mat. We have both sticky socks and yoga mats available for sale.
