Steve is so encouraging and helpful teaching you the moves. If you're new, the environment is super welcoming and everyone is friendly! thr girls at the deak also help you with the wrist wraps! Definitely go!

see all reviewsThis class was such a blast. Hard not to have fun while you’re punching a bag. 😭 wouldn’t say it’s for the faint of heart but you can take it at your own pace as well. Staff was very accommodating and helpful since it was my first time boxing. I will be back!
