She made class fun and engaging for a newbie like me. I didn’t break a sweat with the class but I’m sure it was because I was too busy trying to follow along than actually thinking about my muscles ☺️. I did like the fact that the movements are super slow and builds on holding and/or pulsing. That was good!

Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.

The class today included a cardio warmup drill and then 9 different leg exercises with 4 sets each including various types of weights and resistance bands. The difficulty can be modified based on skill level by modifying the workout or changing the weights. You are paired up with a partner who will perform the same workout with you, and then the class will rotate around the stations until all 9 are complete. The coach and assistant coaches will come around and help adjust your form and also check your weight suitability in case you pick up one that’s too light so insufficient for muscle building or one that is too heavy to compromise your form. I got a really good sweat session out of the workout.
