see all reviewsIncredible!! Loved the energy and Steph the owner is an amazing instructor. I was a little intimated being heavier and not the most fit. This style of exercise was actually a lot more comfortable and similar to Pilates in taking the weight off my joints doing yoga poses. There were a lot of modifications for those looking to push themselves. Highly recommend! I will def be back.
