Positives are that there are 3 or 4 trainers so there's always someone to help and they were all very nice! Negatives though are that it feels less "group like" IYKYK. It's definitely worth going with friends if you want the group experience, though presumably you'd make friends there if you attend the same sessions regularly. Uplift also focuses on blocks of exercises over 4 weeks, so it's better to make a long term commitment!

This was my first ever Reformer Pilates class and I was a bit anxious as I get when trying new things. However, Jewel was very supportive and welcoming. I came 10 minutes early like it said and she took time to show me around and explain everything before starting. She was near me most of the class and would come and help reposition or explain things to me when I struggled. I think I’ll be coming back to this studio and class even if the other place gets spots available :)
