Class was well planned with a good mix of postures and a lot of options to adjust them to your personal practice level. Lots of opportunities to practice more advanced skills. I don't think I have been to a class with as many arm balance and inversion poses as this one - crow, EPK, dragonfly, side crow, pincha, headstand, tripod and even a chance to have a go at handstands!
