    For bench workouts, please show each exercise twice. This will help new people and those who have trouble remembering. It gets hard to remember all the exercises as more are added.     Kenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

    I absolutely love this class! It's longer than most offered in Bangkok. Coach Daniel is incredibly supportive, maintaining a great energy level throughout. While it can be a lot of ClassPass credits, I've noticed that the class has been consistently full with 20+ participants, which explains the higher credit demand probably set by ClassPass and not the actual gym. Also the gym itself is a lovely boutique space, clean and well-equipped, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

    It’s my first time joining F45. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was. Typically, my daily workouts can become a bit monotonous, so I didn't expect to have such a positive experience. I was moved that the 2 male and 1 female trainer, were incredibly kind and respectful, allowing me to move at my own pace within that 60 min. Despite being representatives of a major brand, they didn’t push me too hard, which really demonstrated their expertise in circuit coaching. The crowd was lovely, they are enthusiastic and might be a bit of a handful and I can understand why, because they are excited for the workout. I am not sure how the F45 trainers do 4-5 circuit classes in a day, it requires a lot of hard work and immense patience.

    It was my second time at The Standard Gym, but my first time at the HEAT class. The class was amazing and designed for both beginners and experienced individuals. Coach Gain was great—he encouraged everyone to push themselves as much as they could. I was also amazed at how I managed to go beyond my limits and enjoy the cardio class (which I usually try to avoid). I'll definitely come back here.

    The coaches are helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. If you're new to fitness, the coaches will guide you and correct your form or provide you with a regression if you struggle with the exercises. For first timers to BFT, best advice is to arrive at least 5 mins before class so that the coaches on duty can register and check you in for the class. Pay attention and listen to the format and demonstration of the exercises - the format of the classes differs everyday so listen carefully and attentively otherwise you'll be confused and lost during class. Overall I had a good time and experience at BFT Orchard - will definitely visit again!!
