see all reviewsHonestly this is my favorite class at Bodyrok! It’s the only megaformer class I can find in NYC to incorporate the jump board, which I really takes the workout up a notch. My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

I liked that there was no technology in the studios, though there were definitely lots of people taking photos in the lobby. The complementary teas were a great touch. Instructor was good. And I really appreciate how there were no mirrors or music playing, allowed me to really focus on the practice.
