I LOVED the format of G Gee’s class! I loved her AMRAP approach vs the normal round with breaks in between exercises. Also loved how engaged she was, walking around the room and correcting form where necessary. I’d previously only taken her Sculpt classes (which are killer) but I think I’ve found a new fave!!

Milan impresses as a naturally gifted instructor, here w had a beautifully orchestrated run through with plenty to challenge, from beginner to the more advanced. I felt like this was the quickest 60 minute yoga class I’ve ever taken. It flew by, which I loved! The whole class was instruction lead and had a variety of flows (it wasn’t Y7 model of learning a flow and then flowing on your own). I love when you don’t have to think at all and you can just follow directions. I also loved that the instructor was very supportive of people taking modifications or rests, but also giving advanced poses and instructions for people who wanted to advance their practice. Samuel was absolutely fabulous. First time coming to this studio and taking this class and I was not expecting to sweat this much. Did I ask myself multiples time during this class, “Why didn’t you just sleep in on this beautiful Sunday?” Yes. Yes I did. But, when class was over, I deliriously was excited to come back here next Sunday. It’s not classical mat Pilates and is very HIIT/tabata focused, which I loved. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat. They are available in studio to rent: $3 for towel, $5 for mat. Be sure to arrive early since they lock the front door for safety when class begins so no late arrivals. Come ready to sweat!
