    Excellent class! After sitting at a desk all day in front of a computer it felt wonderful to move! Movement is medicine. I got a great sweat, physically and mentally! I used to have a hard time walking up the stairs due to injuries and the lack of physical movement during the height of the pandemic, which exasperated my tight/strained muscles. I was in pain everyday for several weeks to months and unfortunately, workouts at other fitness studios just made it worse. When the city started to open up, I found Presher! The coaches here remind you to slow down instead of rushing for reps. It’s great you can bang out many reps using heavy weights but it’s not great when the form is ugly - you’ll feel super ugly when your body is in pain from an injury. Classes at Presher have been effective for me and driven great results! I was also mentally and physically fatigue but during and after class I felt revitalized. Yippie!!

    Dominique was full or energy and had a great attitude! Ambiance was great, felt like we were at a disco party with the lights & music. I had to modify some of the exercises due to knee issues, but I was able to do it at my own pace and still break a sweat! He mentioned if we bring a friend their first class is free, and we also get a free personal training session. I’ve already booked this class again for next week, and have the PT session right after.

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.
