Upon entering the studio the instructor welcomed me and started to let me know about the things I would need to get through the class, she was nice and welcoming. I also met an amazing 85 year old classmate named Ms A. and she was great and quickly welcomed me to work next to her and told me all the details to get started. This was a hard workout that I needed to modify a bit to fit my level , the instructor was active and encouraging. Studio is in a great location, clean and comfortable space to be in. I will definitely be dropping in for more classes a my schedule allows.
