see all reviewsAs a beginner this class was difficult for me but it was truly a good cardio workout. The instructor was energetic and very encouraging and the studio has an amazing vibe. Be warned that if you’re not used to it the seat is uncomfortable but I guess that’s to be expected. I will definitely attempt again.

see all reviewsThe instructor, Ashley, and the entire team were incredibly kind and welcoming. Get there early so the instructor can explain the class format and how to use the equipment. Ashley was encouraging and even shouted my name a couple of times during class. Good music and good workout!

Had trouble clipping onto my bike (a different clip underneath the shoe than what I had used before) and they came over to help even while the class had already started. The space is much nicer and more updated than St Matthew’s. I’d come back!
