    They studio is beautiful, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Good workout. But they fall into a trend I’ve seen at other studios: there is zero warmup. I don’t get it (that can be so dangerous!). Also, they are almost too accommodating . . . there was a woman in the class who did her own exercises for nearly every station. It’s distracting and detracts from the collective vibe of the class - I would suggest they don’t allow that.

    The workout, people and space were all on point. Front desk reception was friendly and very informative. KJ was welcoming and took care of this first-timer through a challenging workout (sore next day but I can stand/sit so not horrible). Founder John was high energy, encouraging and appreciative. Class was 1 min intervals, 10 sec rest, alternating between assault bikes and floor exercises with all demonstrated in videos, easy to follow with 30 rounds and some group core work at the end. My only criticism is that the versaclimbers are aligned directly in your sightline of the instructor. This means the machine blocks the instructor. And you have to crane your neck to see them.     The instructor was great. Very hands on, helpful with correcting form, and very positive and friendly. The whole class was very welcoming and a comfortable space, even if you didn’t know what you were doing. Difficult but great workout!
