    This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    I can always rely on Justin and all the instructors at Studio MDR for a really challenging Total Body work out. The exercises are one after another so you get strengthening, toning and cardio. I love Justins music and I make the drive and take the class whenever I can. Today was a birthday treat for myself.     Awesome class. Grace had an assistant, Brittany, who demonstrated all the exercises and was able to continuously walk around and help with corrections- all the classes should have this helper!     For those like myself who have no idea what this is: Powerplate is essentially a large vibrating pad that you exercise on. Supposedly the benefit is that your body must work much harder to balance against the force and my extreme exhaustion seems to concur. The studio itself is very boutique and is probably the smallest I've ever seen - class size is probably 7 to 9 people maximum. My instructor was great and everything here is top notch, would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

    This class is very hard in the best possible way! It is similar to a Barry's Boot Camp. You're on the treadmill then on the floor rotating back-and-forth for an hour. Each day focuses on a different body part. There is free parking underground. There is a water refill machine but they do not offer towel so bring your own because you will definitely sweat!

    I liked the class a lot Heagan’s moves were a nice routine. Challenging. It was a good full body workout. The 5 stars are for the instructor and class she taught. I do agree with other reviews about the quality of the equipment.     Super fun class. Basically a bouncy bar class on a springy floor. The instructor was very supportive and I was certainly sore in a good way the next day. I wish the studio had more evening classes so I could attend more often!!!

    I started going to this studio bc it was near my last job. At first I didn’t know if I liked it because it was the only Pilates studio if been to or if i actually liked it. I’ve since been to many studios and I have to say this is still my favorite. The classes are challenging without being unachievable, so great if you are not new to Pilates but advanced.
