    Lisa was one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. This was my first time at Soulcycle and I was a little nervous going in. The minute I walked in she was so welcoming. She helped me adjust my seat and explained the basics of the class. Throughout the entire class she kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. I really enjoyed the class and even though it was my first time the energy from the instructor helped me push through to the end. I will definitely be back!!
