Proper warm up, thorough instruction of the exercises and plenty of time to go at your own pace through the movements.     Really loved the instructor. He was super positive, greeted me immediately, and really made the workout fun! It's a big class though, so you won't be getting a lot of one-on-one action. If you're not familiar with strength training/circuits - make sure you raise your hand if there's a move you don't know bc instructor isn't very hands-on (again, it's a big class!)

    I was the only one in class but Jamie said its usually around 4 people. The space is big with an open back, which allows for airflow. Jamie was encouraging and even taught me how to do a proper deadlift after the sets. This class is great for anyone looking for a more personalized experience!

    This was a great workout! Bri is super friendly, upbeat, and informative. I felt comfortable asking her questions and she was always ready to help or make an adjustment. She showed us how to use the machines before class which is nice. They are similar to a classic reformer, but with some (cool!) modifications. The studio is comfortable and equipment is clean.     Im conflicted about how to review the class. On the one hand - nice hard workout. I’ll be sore tomorrow. All the trainers were also super welcoming. On the other hand - it was very hard follow the rep counts - they seemed kind of arbitrary. The music was also playing really loudly (which I generally like for getting in the mood) but it also meant I couldn’t hear the instructor half the time. Would recommend if folks already have a background in weightlifting and basic form— the excercises are not beginner friendly

    Megan was great! Given the Covid 19 Coronavirus she was very helpful in keeping the stations clean. She literally cleaned every station after we used it (each time) for 3 rounds. She was amazing!
