    PILATES

Madison has one of my favorite flows for Pilates at Good Move. Every move tied in to the next making it for a seamless experience. I’ve only taken class with her twice and it has left me relaxed with a slight burn. I would say her classes definitely lean to beginner when it comes to difficulty.

    Sass Foundations™: Sexy Stilettos®

I absolutely love this class, Brynlie really took the time out to make sure we understood the foundations and didn’t move on until she fell. Everyone got it, which made feeling confident in the small routine that we did at the end feel all the much better because we weren’t thinking so much about how to do each movement but more so how do we want to feel

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

I took Marisa’s Vinyasa class and it was awesome! She was really chill and so attentive to everyone in her class. She also gave modifications for each pose to make the class accessible to students of all levels. Her practice was fun and challenging, but she makes it easy to follow her lead and clear instructions. I had a such a good time and I’ll definitely take more of Marisa’s classes!

    REGGAETON

Teacher is sweet & FUN! A little intimidating to dance with the regulars/advanced people but they are welcoming :) Something helpful to know when you arrive at the address. Get there 15-20mins early to find class. —Have your ID ready for security guard on ground floor, he will take a pic of it. —Make a left after and take the elevators (in the back) to 4th floor —Go to front desk to ask which room is Piel Canela (that changes everyday) —When you get to Piel Canela desk, tell them your name and what class you registered for, they should give you card with your name and class on it. Ask them what room the class will be held at (it also changes every day). Really hope they switch to digital cards soon! —Restrooms: there are restrooms to the right of the elevator and also private restrooms & Water Bottle Refill station on the other side of the floor. — A staff member will drop in class briefly to take pics/video for their personal website, so make sure you’re comfortable with that!

Class was great, the instructor is amazing, but too many people in a tiny space (I was quite literally inside the closet that serves as mat storage)

    Ballet (Absolute Beginner)

Kerry fostered a very welcoming environment and made the class very beginner friendly while continuing to challenge students who had been attending her classes more regularly. She paid careful attention to each student and provided direct support and commenting when needed. I absolutely loved it and will be coming back!
