see all reviewsSo pleased I discovered this. Wayne is a class act and the class is very effective. I leave dripping but energised at the end of each session and today was no exception. Good balance of boxing and floor work (ie not too much floor). And I must add that the studio is great. The front desk (and Wayne as I mentioned) are super accommodating and welcoming. The showers are lush. You feel at home here.

see all reviewsThe instructor was so lovely and supportive, the class was really nice for a first timer. She was very clear in her explanations and offered hands on support where needed. For those wondering what the class consists of it is basically Yoga but with a hammock to assist your stretches and holding those poses focusing not only on your muscles but also on your balance and joints. There is a point where you are upside down and for that though in the description I would recommend not eating or drinking too close to the class. The class is really amazing and ends with a complete relaxation exercise. Would highly recommend!

see all reviewsThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.
