    POWER YOGA

    Surprisingly great class despite the 45min shortness! Matt delivered a beautifully taught & well thought through sequence. For once, no crazy shouting next spinning door :) only 5 peeps in class, at full capacity, it feels too close - perhaps it’s b/c it’s a sun terrain/small dark room w/o windows..all facilities top & super cleaned!

    Kristen is simply the best!!!!!! Kristen is so knowledgable and has a unique style and so much charisma. She is the only trainer I’d wake up early for!!!!!!! Kristen really motivated me in class today and corrected my form perfectly. Thank you Kristen ??????

    Coar - Studio 1

    Great class! Was 45mins of work - no faffing and well organised. Intervals were clearly directed by josh with good pointers on technique. It’s a mix between rowing and weights intervals, so good variety of cardio and weights. The studios really nice and sleek - changing rooms quite small but well equipped with everything you’d need.

    POWER YOGA

    This was my first yoga class with Jess since lockdown. The class had a great flow and Jess was great at easing us (4 of us) into the class. I was a little nervous about returning to the studio initially however after telephoning ahead of my visit, the receptionist put my mind at rest when I asked about the changes that the studio had undergone to ensure they were COVID-19 compliant. I look forward to returning very soon.

    Kettlebell and Rip60

    This Kettlebell & Rip60 class was challenging but a great full body work out. With there being only 2 people in the class, it felt more like a personal training session. Amrit was attentive in making sure each exercise was done correctly whilst also encouraging you to really push yourself!
