STUDIO ONLY: Vinyasa flow yoga (all levels)
see all reviewsShira is the best yoga teacher in london . I love how hee practice is traditional and teaches us about Hinduism and spirituality. It’s an advanced class, so you would likely struggle if you haven’t done yoga before

see all reviewsJunior is a compassionate and highly skilled practitioner. I always feel so safe and encouraged to extend my practise, but in a way that listens to what my body needs from his guidance. Yoga House (Catford) is an absolutely gorgeous space with South London soul. The facilities are impeccable and it is just a lovely place to hang. I highly recommend this experience!

see all reviewsI really like Jummy's classes. I find her exercises on the Reformer are unlike any other instructors I've ever had and you proper feel like you've had a full body workout afterwards! It's challenging in a good way and you really feel the burn!

see all reviewsThis was such a beautiful class and will definitely come back again. The teacher was so mindful with all of his cues and assists, and I really appreciated the variety of pranayama, chanting, and readings included too. I sometimes couldn’t hear him very well as was very softly spoken, but maybe just me! Thank you for a wonderful practice 🙏🏼

see all reviewsLovely class, I liked that this was a slow flow with some restorative poses rather than a meditative / breath work type class. Would be nice if they had changing rooms was the only thing I missed!

see all reviewsThis is a great class if you are after low intensity or if you have never taken a Zumba class before. I would say the class is more suitable for a more mature audience. The instructor Chris is great. You have all the Zumba rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton). Due to the low intensity of the class, the steps are very easy to follow. It was not mentioned in the description that the class would be low intensity, I think ClassPass should renamed this class “Zumba Gold” or “Zumba for Older Adults”. Overall a great class but I would come back when I am 70+ 😅

see all reviewsThis was my first time at Loom, but not with Bethany, she’s the best, really! I would follow her anywhere - her classes are always hardcore, but easy to follow as she gives detailed instructions, and while every inch of your body is struggling, it’s still such a nice, calm, peaceful & mindful vibe, that will clear your head after a busy day. And the venue is really nice as well, so it’s truly such a great experience, the best thing you can do for yourself on a dark autumn evening to attend Beth’s Pilates class at the Loom Club

see all reviewsAlways a fantastic way to begin my weekend. Pablo guides through a great yoga flow, waking up the body and feeling a release of tension. Then we move to breath work with intention. This sets us up for a great gong bath. I always leave feeling clear mind and healthy body. Love the class and is slowly becoming a Friday regular for me.
