Vinyasa Yoga (mixed ability) with Charlie
Pace was slowed down for the full moon. It was nice, but not what I was expecting from this class. They also seriously overfill the Saturday class. Charlie is an excellent instructor though, very attentive and precise.

Instructor was really good.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga with meditation with Mark
This is a great class! Energetic build up followed by slower postures and meditation, with a focus on the breath throughout.
Aromatherapy yoga with Sandrine
This class is good but I would definitely not recommend for beginners. The teacher talked through the moves very quickly and rarely showed what you had to do. I've been practicing for about 10 years but even I found it very fast if you've never been before

I’d say this was more advanced than mixed ability. Despite the instructor being very nice, she did go too quickly and didn’t offer alternatives for other students. A shame as I’ve enjoyed her classes before.

 It’s that feeling when you feel most like you. When the world feels like a bike that you’re riding, not a bus that you’re chasing. You know when you hear that little voice in your head saying ‘you should do this more often?' That’s bhuti talking. It’s a glow you get, a freshness you feel, a lightness that lifts you, a breath that grounds you. What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
