You can tell how much time and effort and thought she puts into creating the routine and she gives everyone so much attention and help. Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

One small thing was she was wearing a hat the whole lesson and the way the lighting was for most of the class, it was very difficult to see half of her face (it’s pretty dark!). Chris’s class was by far one of the best, if not the best class I’ve had at the Refinery! Although it was very challenging, and really pushed me to my limits, Chris was always ready to guide and assist and also shared a lot of wisdom and knowledge of chakras and chanting.
