see all reviewsEileen made us workkk, the class is structured in 45 secs on, 15 secs off, there’s two sets. The 45 secs exercises are a mix of Pilates and HIIT. It was pretty hard and we all got quite sweaty. I love Eileen’s energy and she came around checked our form or offered some encouragement. I will definitely be looking for her classes, as I really enjoy her style of teaching and vibes!

The instructor was lovely - did her best to make me feel at ease. The class itself was too hard for me as a beginner. There was a lot I couldn’t do and I felt really worried about falling off the box. I expect that with more experience I will feel safer so I intend to give it another go. But I do wish there were more beginner friendly alternatives.
