see all reviewsI find Hot Core classes very helpful for improving my general yoga practice. Being a beginner, 45mins class can feel tough, so I stick with this 30mins class for the time being. Jon is very encouraging and inclusive, enjoy his class whenever I can come.

see all reviewsHenry is the best coach! His explanations were really clear, he gave advice all class long and alternatives if needed. He brought such a great energy to the class, loved it! Intense and challenging in a good way, the format of the circuit made it so much fun. Will definitely come back!

see all reviewsI really appreciated that Ashleigh clearly communicated the duration (30/45/60/90) and target step length (medium/medium-long/long/etc.) for each track. It helped manage expectations and stay motivated. In other classes I’ve been to, it has often been quite hard to understand what the instructor is shouting over the music, so this was a pleasant surprise.

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
