    Excellent “Leg Day” class and Jesse is a great instructor, love the pep talk at the end! I enjoy the structure of the class but at busy times space can be an issue especially when stretching. Could use bigger space and more equipment so you don’t have to share.

    The teacher was brilliant. It’s power yoga but the poses aren’t advanced, it’s more the intensity and activation and clever transitions, use of props etc that make it tougher. Definitely accessible for all levels, but certainly not generic or easy.

    ***NEW*** HOT YOGA - DYNAMIC FLOW - All Levels

    At first I thought the room was too hot but in fact it was perfect. Class had a great flow to it, not too difficult but not too easy. Great clear teacher. Lots of reminders to breath which I find I need. Will do again. Ps- the mats are rather slippy so bring a towel to help with grip
