Henry is the best coach! His explanations were really clear, he gave advice all class long and alternatives if needed. He brought such a great energy to the class, loved it! Intense and challenging in a good way, the format of the circuit made it so much fun. Will definitely come back!

Layout is definitely confusing (as others have stated), but the facilities are great, especially the pool. Went at 5pm on a Weds and there weren’t that many people. Friendly tip - if you want to get through to the pool, you have to go through the changing rooms (past the showers!).

Andy was very friendly. He gave me a tour of the gym. I just did the open gym option. I was impressed with the big open space and equipment. I want to return to do a class!

Excellent class for beginners but you can still be challenged if you feel like it. Laurine was really sweet and helpful when I wanted to be corrected during a pose. I learned a lot about the yoga philosophy, thank you for that !

    Krav Maga - Liverpool Street

I thought this class was amazing. You definitely get a real work-out through learning a lot of different techniques. The instructor was so attentive and encouraging and challenging, and also had an emphasis on all the confidence and mentality behind self-defence. You will get good exercise and a great base of how to fight in a dangerous situation.

Really nice gym and has pretty much everything you need to work on different muscle groups. I do recommend anyone who goes there have a small plan prepared in terms of what you will be training since you do have 1 hour! Overall really pleased with the facilities.

Open Gym - Pay Per Person

Solo60 is such a clever concept - perfect for someone who wants a private space to work out with quality equipment within a defined, 1-hour window. It was easy to gain access, seamless to hook up to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to play my own music, and great to use professional standard equipment in a convenient spot by Tower Bridge.

The gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
