I really like this Strength class in terms of how the program builds over the weeks. I look forward to going to it every Tuesday and Thursday morning! I’ve only been to 4 classes and I feel myself getting stronger already. 💪🏻

Lovely 2 hour time slot to squeeze in both gym and pool! Even had time for a few mins in the sauna!! Would really recommend although it is like a maze and no one seemed on hand to point me in the right direction

Andy was very friendly. He gave me a tour of the gym. I just did the open gym option. I was impressed with the big open space and equipment. I want to return to do a class!

The person at reception was so welcoming and friendly. The changing rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small but brilliant as it was so quiet and there’s a steam room too. Definitely recommend!

    Krav Maga - Liverpool Street

I thought this class was amazing. You definitely get a real work-out through learning a lot of different techniques. The instructor was so attentive and encouraging and challenging, and also had an emphasis on all the confidence and mentality behind self-defence. You will get good exercise and a great base of how to fight in a dangerous situation.

Excellent class for beginners but you can still be challenged if you feel like it. Laurine was really sweet and helpful when I wanted to be corrected during a pose. I learned a lot about the yoga philosophy, thank you for that !

Open Gym - Pay Per Person

Solo60 is such a clever concept - perfect for someone who wants a private space to work out with quality equipment within a defined, 1-hour window. It was easy to gain access, seamless to hook up to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to play my own music, and great to use professional standard equipment in a convenient spot by Tower Bridge.

The gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
