see all reviewsJon’s class is my favourite of the week! I love that the vinyasa changes monthly so that it stays challenging. The class is always dynamic and really works every part of my body, I’ve noticed more of a change in my strength from this class than any other! Highly recommend and it’s a lovely welcoming studio ❤️

Zumba
see all reviewsNice space, but a little confusing with no staff and just signage to follow. The changing rooms are downstairs (you walk through the gym) and the Zumba class is in the Main studio. Class was very energetic and fun - it’s more aerobics than Zumba, but you’ll burn loads of calories and have a great time anyway.

see all reviewsLockers don't need padlocks, instructions to set code are in the base of the locker (not the door, which would be better IMO). Spa area is a bit of a trek from the changing rooms, but it's spacious. Good steam room, sauna (orange light, there's another one that has blue lights) only felt hot when sat up top. No plunge pool, but there is a cold shower, which works almost as well. Large spa pool and a Riverside Lounge with good views towards The Shard. All in all, seems very good, just disappointing that in the men's changing room, many people just seemed to leave their used towels around and didn't put them in the towel bins.

see all reviewsSituated in the Energy Fitness Borough gym, the Mat Pilates class taught by Aryan was a good combination of Pilates moves, with stretch and core strength building.
