I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. I have done classes with Caleb in the past and he is always a fantastic instructor, motivates you to do your best, explains exercises clearly, corrects form and creates a great atmosphere.

He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. see all reviewsThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time.
