I love the music she plays and each time I’ve taken her class it’s been completely different, using a variety of equipment which is exciting to me as it’s a challenge! She readily offers modifications and I appreciate how she circles the room paying close attention to form and giving suggestions. I’ve taken tons of mat Pilates classes at several studios and hers are top tier.

Erica was so great getting us to each station and making sure we were doing everything with good form. I particularly appreciate the core work which is really lacking at many other studios in the area. I would go again

The instructor Amari was terrific, announced time at good intervals, very motivating and supportive. Music was a good variety of pop…though I’m not good at naming music genres. I will be returning!

Really appreciated his review of form and posture and making sure you were at the correct weight class for you. I can honestly say I haven't ever worked all muscles in my arms before. Incorporating cool down moves at the end was a nice touch. Definitely worked out but I don't feel depleted like a lot of weight training/cardio classes I've taken. I'm a novice to interval training but I never felt lost or overwhelmed. 10/10 👍

She can teach any kind of yoga class, but tonight she really stretched us stiff yogis out after being sore from all the weight lifting classes we so desperately needed to recover from. I’ve noticed a consistent return from all of the attendees in her class and it’s definitely due to how she makes us feel both relaxed physically and mentally by the end of our time with her.
